Client — Great Place To Work®


At Great Place To Work, Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) are more than communities—they are catalysts for belonging, advocacy, and change. As they grew, so did the need for a visual identity that honored their uniqueness while staying united under one brand.

Two core elements influenced our design direction: The use of "textures and symbolism" to showcase each ERG’s individuality, and the shape of "the square" to unify and connect back to the brand.

The Solution

Through close collaboration with ERG leaders, we crafted logos that purposefully reflect the distinct stories of each group. Strong on their own, yet when together, they form a powerful mosaic. The result? A flexible logo suite that is scalable, future-proof, and built to evolve.
